Brian Myers

Brian Myers, of Century 21 Beutler & Associates, is one of those "normal" people that makes you feel comfortable from the very first handshake. His intelligent since of humor is contagious and endearing.

He continued forwarding many potential properties for us to peruse, even though we were delayed selling our place in California and weren't sure what part of Washington we were going to. He made it clear that he would do whatever he could, no matter our decision.

With his experience and background, he answered all the questions we had, and obviously had good communication with the other agents involved.

We eventually ended up with a place that was the right fit for us, thanks to Brian's attention to our needs.

We would highly recommend Brain for any real estate transaction. He is patient, good-humored, intelligent, and honest. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.

What can i say about brian. Hmmm... he's just really good at what he does. He helped us find and buy our dream home. It took 10 months to find. Then after the purchase he helped us sell our home. We were always told that our home would not sell more than 100000. It sold for 240000. Brian always goes the extra mile and is just one of the few and far between honest and good person. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends and family.

Brian connects well with what your needs are, and helps those of us who are intimidated with selling a property.

I had mentioned before with my first sale that I needed a text message if there were any emails sent as I'm not always on the computer. Each time he followed thru. A small but important detail he remembered with my second sale.

Brian pays attention to details. A small example but a important one for me was I asked him to text me if he was sending an email. I'm not always checking emails on my phone and away from my computer. Each time he followed thru. I often found he had to correct the buyers agent in their paperwork. He was prompt in answering texts and returning calls and for me, that was important. This sale was a difficult one in that it was a twice moved manufactured house, but he had a list of banks who were wiling to do a loan on it so he had done his homework before the property was listed. We had several sales that fell thru at the last minute and I appreciate Brian keeping me updated, even tho it was not what I wanted to hear. He put in a lot of time in this sale. My experience with Brian was paramount. I could not have had a better agent. My only regret was that I never had the privilege to meet him face to face every thing was on-line or the telephone. He directed his calls to accommodate my schedule since I work 12 hour nights put up with my inexperience on the computer and gave sound advice. He even went to the dump when some trash from the house had not been disposed of from the hauling company without being asked to. I believe this young man to be an asset to and company a n d a sweet soul.

Brian left some business cards in Springdale. I liked that he wanted/actively sought listings in the area. Many, I suspect, do not want to bother with the tiny town nearly an hour from their Spokane offices. He seemed to really listen and to follow though as we planned. He did a great job with photos and a flyer handout, and he respected the wording ideas I contributed for the online ad. Brian was great to work with and made himself available as needed. He also helped in person with paperwork, which was much appreciated. I had two offers right away and Brian took me step by step though the process to closing with a second higher offer after the first buyer, whose full price offer I accepted, did not sell her house as soon as I needed. He is professional, friendly and considerate, all of which made the stressful home selling experience, while looking for a new home at the same time) a rather smooth process.

Brian Myers was a great person to work with and we really appreciated his dedication in finding us the perfect home. He never rushed us into a decision and was willing to work with us despite our own personal challenges we were having. There were a few times during this process where we didn't think we were going to be able to purchase a home (due to personal reasons) but Brian was always available when we were looking again, and inevidebly got us into a home we almost decided not to look at. Had it not been for Brian's open mindedness and positivity, we would not have the home we do today. Thank you!
